Refunds and returns


Goods will not be accepted if they have been worn, damaged after delivery,  if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition within seven (7) days. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via pre-paid registered post. and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.  We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

For international customers this 10% tax will not be charged by, however you will be liable to pay your own country’s applicable import/duty taxes on receipt of your package. It is your sole responsibility to research these duty/taxes and you are liable to pay them on receipt of your packages.

If the buyer refuses to accept delivery as they don’t want to pay the duties & taxes imposed by their country, they then wear the cost of returning the order to us. This includes the freight cost and the amount will be deducted from their refund.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within seven (7) days and we are happy to refund the full amount less $15 (original freight cost). The item must be returned in new unworn original condition, with all packaging included.
